Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia.

How long it takes

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• If you order more than one bag, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email connect@dailybagclub.com as soon as possible and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us with your order number and we'll look into it. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll resend it or refund you.
